イラスト依頼

私に依頼することで、お客さんは以下のすべての条件に同意することになります：
By commissioning me, the client agrees to all the terms stated below:

Section 1: Payment/第1項: 支払いについて

※当面のお支払い方法はPaypalのみとなります。
※Available payment method for the time being is only Paypal.

※まずイラストの形を示すスケッチを作成します。スケッチにご満足いただけた場合、イラスト制作を開始する前に料金全額をお支払いいただきます。返金はイラスト制作がまだ始まっていない場合のみ可能です。(ここでいう 「イラスト制作 」とは、スケッチの段階を超えた制作全般を指す。)盗難防止のためにスケッチには透かしが入ります。
※A sketch will be created first to show the shape of the illustration. If the customer is satisfied with the sketch, the customer must pay the full price first before the full illustration work can begin. Refunds can only be issued if full illustration work has not begun yet.("Full illustration work" in this context refers to any production beyond the sketching stage.) Sketches will be watermarked to prevent theft.

Section 2: Content and Pricing/第2項: 内容と価格契約

※複数の人物が描かれたイラストの場合、最初の人物に続く人物の価格は、それぞれ元の価格の50％となります。
※For illustrations with multiple figures, the price for every figure after the first character is 50% of the original price each.

※描画された背景の場合、価格は選択されたスタイルに基づいて背景の各要素ごとに個別に決定されます。例えば、「セミレアル」というスタイルで、1つの花瓶より何もない部屋のイラストをご依頼の場合、イラストの合計価格は、複雑さに応じて、花瓶と部屋の価格をそれぞれ4000円から11000円の範囲内で組み合わせて決定されます。
※For drawn backgrounds, prices are decided by each element of the background individually based on the chosen art style. For example, if you are requesting an illustration of two vases in an empty room in the art style "Semirealism", the total price of the illustration will be decided by a combination of the price of each vase and the room within a range of 40$ to 110$ each based on complexity.

※お断りすることもあります。基本的に実在の人のR18やグロ絵は年齢証明と本人の同意がない限り描きませんけど、架空のキャラはOKです。
※I am free to decline any request. In general, I will not draw R18 or gore illustrations of a real person without proof of age and consent from them. Fictional characters however is allowed.

Section 3: Regarding Refunds/第3項: 返金について

※私に依頼することで、客さんはPaypalのチャージバックによる返金を要求しないことに同意します。このことは、完成したイラストの虚偽のチャージバックを含む詐欺を防ぐために行われます。返金はSNSのダイレクトメッセージで直接私に申請してください。返金はイラストレーター側からのみ行われます。第1項「返金はイラスト制作が始まっていない場合のみ可能です。」に明記されているように、イラストが完成した証拠を提出することでチャージバックを取り消す権利があります。
※By commissioning me, you agree that you are not to request a refund through Paypal chargeback. This is done to prevent a scam involving false chargebacks for completed illustrations. You MUST request a refund directly to me via social media direct message. All refunds are to be issued by the illustrator side only. If a chargeback is issued without a direct request, I am within my right to have the chargeback revoked by providing proof of the finished illustration as stated in the first section explicitly stating "Refunds can only be issued if full illustration work has not begun yet.".
